Biomimetic Dentist

I have always had an eye for detail and been meticulous in anything that I do, making sure that I have completed something to the best of my ability. It is in my nature, I am a perfectionist, I can’t bring myself to do something quickly to a lower standard when I know that I could do better.

That is why I choose to work as a private dentist, so I am working in an environment where I can concentrate on providing the highest quality dental treatment for my patients.

Traditional Dentistry can be destructive having to remove tooth structure to allow teeth to be repaired. Sometimes cutting away as much as half of the tooth structure to allow placement of restorations such as crowns that we use to repair and rebuild broken or damaged teeth. Even as a dental student the idea of cutting away what you are trying to rebuild and protect did not make sense to me.

Adhesive dentistry developed

I honestly believe that done properly teeth can be repaired simply by adding to what is there rather than having to remove any further tooth structure.

The term Cosmetic Dentist makes no sense to me. I see all dentistry as cosmetic.

The Dental Academy

The Dental Academy, Daresbury is where I am happy to call work. I feel privileged to work in such a lovely environment with a great team of colleagues, working with an amazing team that helps and allows me to provide the best possible treatments for my patients.

The practice is a state of the art dental practice in Cheshire, set in a beautiful historic building, with the added advantage of having an on site Dental Laboratory where our expert dental technicians craft beautiful restorations for our patients.
